Items will be proofed exactly how text is entered. Please provide specific details in the "Design notes" section. If the notes are left blank, the design will be proofed as shown in the sample picture provided or as personalization fits best.

Use upper and lowercase letters accordingly. If entering a monogram, please enter letters in order of print, indicating if the middle letter should be larger (i.e. “CAH” if initials all same size, or “cHa” if middle initial larger).

*For custom design - There is an option to upload an image, logo, etc. If you are uploading artwork, please provide in vector or high-resolution format.

A complimentary digital proof will be emailed upon placing an order. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your proof (custom artwork will take 3-5 business days). Any additional proof requests will incur a fee of $15 per proof.

*Carefully and thoroughly review spelling, dates and any other specifics on each piece of your order before approving. The client is fully responsible for order content upon proof approval*

Production time begins the following business day from proof approval. Standard print time for napkins runs 8-10 business days from proof approval.

Please allow 3-5 business days for economy or ground shipping. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.

Cancellations cannot be guaranteed or might incur a fee once an order is placed (depending on where the order is in production). Please contact us with your order # and request and we will do our best to accommodate.

Due to the nature of our business, please note that personalized items are not returnable and are not subject to a refund. Each order is custom printed based on the proof that is approved by the client.
